February 2018
Thank you to all for the joyous participation in Catholic School Week 2018!!
It was a different view this year with an intention to be less competitive and more celebratory. The introduction of the Family Breakfast was a success, and we hope to offer more opportunities for parents to come in and share time at school. A big thanks to the Parent's Association for sponsoring the breakfast.
As we move forward into the Lenten Season, you will notice a daily Lenten Reflection on this page. It will appear beginning on Ash Wednesday. We hope this is a chance for families to have a resource to use at home to reflect on the renewal that Lent brings to us all.

Happy New Year!!
On behalf of the faculty and staff, I want to wish you love and happiness in the coming year.
December 2017
As this calendar year draws to a close, I think it is a good time for a person to reflect on the blessings bestowed on them.
I am grateful for the support of the programs at St. Peter's School. The faculty continues to work to help the children achieve success. For some that means good grades, for others it may mean overcoming challenges. Each child is unique and the staff works to support them individually.
It is hard to believe that the season of Advent is upon us! Each day the halls are filled with the sounds of preparation for the Annual Christmas Concert. Flyers will go home for details on tickets for the shows on December 15th. On December 5th, the students in Grades Pk-3, K -8 will have a day of Retreat. The teachers have prepared activities to help the students develop an understanding of the true meaning of preparation for Christmas. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available for all students Grades 3 -8 of the Catholic Faith. Grades 6-8 will have the added benefit of the resources of the Parish EDGE program who will be conducting activities and talks throughout the day. I am so appreciative of the time and resources that Fr. Donald and the parish staff make available to support the School.
I believe after speaking with some parents that a resource list that is easy to find would be helpful. As such, I will be creating a tab on the home page to list resources for you to use with your children at home. This will be updated as needed.
Finally, please accept my warmest wishes to all of you for this Season of Joy. May it bring light and love to all.
